I have had one of these for over 18 months.
It came with a faulty camera from the start and I had to send it to the company at my expense. Then it came back and lasted one week and again I had to send it back atmy expense. Also remember each time it had to be taken out by an auto electrician and large cost.
It has come back a third time and gone again and this camera has a permanent fault where it gets moisture inside the lense cover and you have to unscrew it and clean it all the time. It is the greatest load of rubbish I have ever had and has now cost me over $600 in returning it and re installing it.
I have threatened Swan to no avail and they will not even reply to my emails. I am now going to put a sign on the back of the car saying "This car has a Swann reverse camera installed. I would never install another Swann camera in any of my cars ever again. The company has chosen to ignore me and that is wonderful customer service.
The worst buy I have ever had and now I have to go to the Fair Trading tribunal to try and bring them to the party.
